Ativa handled our initial telephone enquiry to request a last minute rental car (<24h notice) The prices were competitive - Toyota Aqua TTD300 per 24h rental period. It was a bonus that the car was hybrid because it uses less petrol. They were flexible about where to pick up and drop off which made it easy to coordinate with our holiday plans. The car was in a good, clean condition. Tobago has lots of potholes so most rental cars don’t hv perfect suspension and this is typical / expected. We paid in cash when picking up the car and it was an unfamiliar online platform to pay the retainer deposit but everything worked out fine and our deposit was returned promptly in full.
